SANTIAGO, Chile, March 31 (UPI) — Embraer Defense & Security has chosen Rheinmetall Defense Electronics Simulation and Training for a KC-390 training media suite.
The KC-390 is a tactical transport for cargo and troop transport, aerial refueling, and search-and-rescue. It is being built by Embraer for the Brazilian Air Force and Embraer expects to receive certification of the aircraft by the end of next year.

Additional details of the contract were not disclosed.
