Miami (Fla.) is the big mover in this week’s USA TODAY Sports college football 1-130 re-rank, as the Hurricanes leap to No. 2 after an impressive win against Notre Dame. Miami trails Alabama, which survived Mississippi State’s best shot to remain unbeaten.

Rounding out the top four are Oklahoma and Clemson, replacing Georgia and the Fighting Irish. The Sooners’ solid win against TCU maintains their lead on the Tigers, who struggled to put away Florida State.

In total, four team in last week’s top 10 lost, with Washington joining the Bulldogs, Irish and Horned Frogs. This shakeup has led to a nice bump for Wisconsin, which looked outstanding against Iowa, and Central Florida, which remained unbeaten with a win against Connecticut.

MISERY INDEX: Loss to Auburn feels all too familiar to Georgia faithful

WINNERS AND LOSERS: The highs and lows from Week 11 in college football

FINAL WHISTLE: Complete effort makes Oklahoma look like title contender

With so few one-loss and unbeaten teams, the top 25 goes from being obvious to messy once it gets to teams such as Michigan State, Virginia Tech, Mississippi State and others. The same can’t be said for the bottom 25, which remains clear following another week of the status quo. UTEP holds on the bottom spot in 1-130 after falling to 0-10.

New to the top 25: Michigan and Boise State.

Out of the top 25: Toledo and Iowa.
